Applying to Community Day Charter Public Schools
In fall 2012, we will
reopen the doors to our existing K1-8 school, which will be
renamed "Community Day Charter Public School – Prospect".
We will also open the doors to 2 new schools that will be
located in Lawrence, with the location to be announced:
Opening with K1 (4 year-olds), K2
(Kindergarten), and grade 1

The two new schools will each open for the
2012-13 school year with the grades shown above,
adding grades in the following years until they
reach full capacity with grades K1-8.
Application to each school is done by a
public lottery that is held in March for the
following school year. Separate lotteries will
be held for each school. The lotteries for the
2012-13 school year will be held March 14, 2012
at 190 Hampshire Street, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
To apply to our schools, fill out an
application (English -
Spanish) and return it to
us at 190 Hampshire Street, Lawrence, MA 01840 by February 29,
2012.
If your child will be entering K1,
Kindergarten, or first grade in fall 2012, we
encourage you to apply for
each school to increase your child's chances of
securing a spot during one of the lotteries.
Information sessions for prospective
parents:
Grades K1-1 (children must be 4 or 5
years old by September 1, 2012):
