In a back and forth battle of 2nd and 3rd seeds, the Lions scored with only seconds remaining in the third overtime to time end the game in the first ever co-champions in Super Bowl history.  David Abreu led the Texans up and down the field all afternoon and it appeared that the swarming defense of Rosalie Pagan had finally stopped Danny Mugavero and the Lion offense until a final prayer of a pass went up and Mugavero came down with it for the tie.
